Designed Fundook’s Target Module enclosure for CNC machining with multiple port slots for the motherboard. Conducted thermal simulations and integrated heat sinks for heat dissipation. Packaged electronic and sensory components using custom spacers and internal features. Designed a front acrylic sheet to ensure accurate laser refraction. Iterated design to meet sealing, manufacturing, and assembly constraints. Delivered full CAD, assembly, drawings, and BOM.
The result: a mass-manufactured product currently being sold commercially.
